MCJ is seeking a qualified candidate with experience in housekeeping, educational or healthcare cleaning.

This position is responsible for providing sanitation and disinfection in an educational pre-k setting. Cleaning is performed evenings at the same location, Mon – Fri. Flexible daily start time (after 4:30 PM). This position may be considered as a job share (half-time) between two workers.

Employment is based on drug, criminal and work history background screenings. Applicant should be physically able to perform the job functions of cleaning, and proficiently interpret and follow job safety and OSHA standards, including successfully completing an initial BBP certification, in addition to on-going safety trainings.

Today we sent additional guidance to our staff reminding everyone to continue taking extra precautions in protecting against exposure to SARS-CoV-2, and other pathogens. During these times, our team has been equally committed in their efforts to help protect the health and safety of our clients and the community by providing a critical and essential service.

With the warmer summer-like weather upon us, and the Phase 1 opening of the counties, it may give somewhat of a false sense of protection from the virus. These contributing factors may likely lead to an increase of infection in the coming weeks. PLEASE continue to take precautions and follow the CDC guidelines to protect yourself, your family and our community ♥️
