WORKOUT TODAY: 2 weeks post- glaucoma surgery, so can finally liift weights!!
11/2 mile outdoor run to start. I felt really strong! Then I did a, weight-lifting workout:
1)- bicep curls
2)- single leg step-ups on 14" step
,3)- slow squats
4)-shoulder presses
I used 10-12 # dumbbells, 2 sets of 10. A good start to getting back into consistent training after an invasive surgery, (my 3rd surgery in 18 months)🙂 yay!
