Life is about transitions, especially when it comes to the body & the mind. However, this time I’m in transition for another reason.🤷🏼‍♀️
👉🏼I’m in the process of phasing out & changing my business name Shiva Yoga & simplifying. Soooo... I’m rocking my new logo and a version of it for every application. All versions not shown in this post but here’s my FAVE!🧘🏼‍♀️ I’m also in the midst of transitioning my page to the new name which can be a task for FB to approve.🤞🏼 Here’s the merging of Kimmy C Yogini and Shiva Yoga logos & this is what I get!💓 I LOVE it! Yassssss... 💓My Yoga practice is the most positive presence in my life. The practice of Yoga shapes our hearts & minds so we can clearly see what often hides beneath all of our layers. Yoga aims to take away all of life‘s filters and can reveal a more gentle & compassionate soul by rediscovery of your unchanged inner light. According to Yoga philosophy, there is an unchanged pure light of awareness that resides in the center of our chests which illuminates our consciousness. This light is referred to as our “Purusa.” The central aim of Yoga practice is to connect to this inner light. We connect to this divine spark by quieting, stilling our mind & turning our attention inward. You may go to your Yoga mat for your physical practice but it’s soooo much more than that! Meet your body & your mind where it’s at. No judgment allowed. 🙏🏻
