We will miss you Steph! Have a blessed delivery and enjoy that baby! See you in the fall!! FYI- I can babysit for him during yoga class if you need me too!! I love baby snuggles!

After being surprisingly showered with such kindness and love from my Hoopeston yogis to help prepare for the arrival of my newest little babe, I am officially on maternity leave from all yoga classes and private sessions! ☔️🧸🧁

I am looking forward to a slow Summer season of baby snuggles and will return to leading yoga this Fall.☀️🍂

MAHjong for newbies and any level of player!! Tuesday April 28th from 6pm-8pm. We will teach you how to play and it doesn’t cost anything. We play every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month and if you can’t make it a night no big deal!! This is a fun game and keeps your mind sharp!! Let me know if you would like to join!!

Tuesday April 14th from 6pm- 8pm it’s MAHjongg with MAHgirls(men are welcome too)
Brand new, slightly experienced or professional players welcome! Kit is back and she is an excellent teacher!
Kit also has 2026 players cards that she will be bringing that are $15. We will be using the new cards starting this week!

Join us this Friday and Saturday! Hopping Around Hoopeston is a shop hop with a twist! Visit each shop and get your card stamped and you’ll receive a treat bag. Visit each shop AND find the hidden eggs at each location to unscramble a secret message. If you can unscramble the message, you’ll be entered to win a gift basket with a $240 value!

The more I research red light therapy the more I realize why my body misses it when I go a few days without it. Midwestern and the northern hemisphere people are sunlight restricted from November to March based on the earths axis!
