Your physical body will thank you, your mind will be peaceful and you will leave each class refreshed and restored. They also sing while they are flying, unlike most other birds, who only sing when perched. This indicates cheerfulness and reminds us to find joy in our own lives. Through yoga, we will encourage and teach you to find balance, peace and joy. We believe yoga is for everyone, no matter age, size, fitness level or ability. We work in a judgement free, competition free manner, letting go of expectations and truly enjoying the movements of our bodies and space in our minds created through the journey of yoga.

Happy Monday friends!
Thanks for tagging along on this journey with me for the past few months.
I'm proud to announce, I am now a Certified (and soon to be Registered) Yoga Teacher.

I chose to put classes on hold while I finished the training, coursework and studying to complete this education.

Now, I'm ready for some real life postures with all of you!
