Well, here we are at the start of a new year. Our core group are still exercising three times a week. Twice a week we have added an extra 30 minutes of weight training exercises. As the years pass I suspect some of use feel we have weakened a bit. Or it could be that the previously challenging exercises seem too easy now. I am trying to make things a bit more difficult this year. Push ourselves a bit more. Our location is not public but we welcome new members. You just have to call me first. 518 687 4910. Sonya B
