๐ฉโ๐ณ Roasted Carrots & Potatoes
Ingredients: 3 large carrots, 10 small potatoes, Italian seasoning, olive oil.
Directions:
Wash, peel, and cut carrots into thick 1-inch slices.
Wash and quarter the potatoes.
Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of Italian seasoning.
Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Mix until ingredients are well distributed.
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 400ยฐF. Serve warm in a heat-safe dish and savor the goodness!
