This is THE stretch you need to be doing after work!!!

This is the Couch Stretch. A simple stretch designed to stretch out your hip flexors and psoas muscles. This is how we reverse the effects of sitting all day!

Simply place the back foot as pictured here against a wall or resting with the top of your foot on a chair or couch. Place that same side knee on the ground (use a pad as needed), and extend the other leg so that your other knee is at a 90 degree angle.

Lean forward to exaggerate the stretch to where you're feeling it but it's not too intense! Hold for 60 seconds each side and repeat daily or as needed.
