Each physician is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and comes to our practice with years of experience in their area of specialty. -Doctors Visit
-Appetite Suppressant (Filled at Clinic) 30 day supply - Adipex 37.5mg
-(4) 1cc Lipotropic Injections - Usually you would start out using a 2cc Lipotropic injection, so this is 2 weeks worth of injections

FOR EXISTING PATIENTS
Prescription Refill Only $85.00
3 Month Follow Up Visit $105.00
with 2cc LIPO injection $125.00
Upon 3rd refill of appetite suppressant, you must follow up with the doctor. This includes:
-Doctors Visit
-Appetite Suppressant (Filled at Clinic) 30 day supply - Adipex 37.5mg

Injections Offered: (Weekly) 2cc injection for $35 or 2 2cc injections for $60
