We’re so grateful for our talented volunteer, Kaitlin, who hand-crocheted and donated these adorable stuffed animals! Our ExpectCare Hospice volunteers will be delivering them to patients to bring smiles and a little extra comfort. Thank you, Kaitlin for your kindness! 💗

Today was full of tail wags and smiles thanks to a special visit from Hand in Paw volunteer Nicole and her sweet therapy dog, Nala!

Nicole and Nala are not only incredible Hand in Paw volunteers, they are also ExpectCare volunteers who bring joy and comfort to our patients through pet therapy visits. Today, they visited one of our sweet hospice patients and ended up spreading joy to many of the other residents as well!

We’re so grateful to work with Hand In Paw and for the love Nicole and Nala shared with everyone they met. Thank you for the reminder of how healing a little furry friend can be!

A big shoutout to two of our amazing ExpectCare team members! One donated a beautiful TV cabinet, and the other helped pick it up and deliver it to a patient in need. Thank you, Thomas and Rondy! It’s acts of kindness like this that show how deeply we care, not just for our patients, but for the families who love them.

Dreams Do Come True!
This week, ExpectCare Hospice had the absolute joy of working with the DreamCatchers Foundation to help make a special dream come true for one of our precious patients.
Our sweet patient, who once graced the stage of the Grand Ole Opry, lit up the room again with her beautiful voice, singing her favorite song, “Crazy” by Patsy Cline for a very special performance.
With the help of our devoted staff, caring volunteers, and the compassionate hearts at DreamCatchers, she got to share her gift once more and bring smiles to everyone in the room.
