We want to take a moment to recognize two incredible members of our team — Sherry and Eli!

Sherry is the queen of organization, always seen with her signature neon yellow notebook in hand as she keeps our surgery schedules and referrals running seamlessly (no small task!). Her attention to detail and steady dedication help everything stay on track behind the scenes.

Eli, our insurance guru, tackles the ever-changing (and often chaotic!) world of insurance with skill and determination. She keeps us all on our toes with her humor and those wonderfully random questions that brighten the day.

We are so grateful for both of you — your hard work, dedication, and personalities make our office better every single day. Thank you for all that you do! ✨

If you’re someone who is organized, compassionate, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you. Our team is passionate about providing exceptional patient care, and we’re looking for someone who shares that same heart. 💙

🩺 What You’ll Do:
• Assist providers in both clinic and outpatient surgical settings
• Prepare exam rooms and support patient care
• Help maintain a sterile surgical environment
• Document patient histories, medications, and care
• Support patients through their visit with empathy and attention to detail

🌟 What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of clinical experience (surgical experience preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented with great organization
• Passion for patient care and service

📍 Some travel to satellite offices required

💼 Full-time | 30–40 hours/week
💲 Pay starting at $16+ (based on experience)
