Happy National Nurse Practitioner Week to all NPs. We want to thank our in-house NP, Elizabeth Holzhausen. Elizabeth is in weekly following up with our residents, she diagnoses and treats illnesses, manages medications, she can ordering testing if needed, and more. It is beneficial to have Elizabeth as our in house NP especially with the cold weather approaching. Thank you, Elizabeth, for the care you give each resident and making sure that their healthcare needs are met.

October Employee of the Month goes to Chris Yancer! Chris is our Dietary Manager who truly goes above and beyond for our residents. She does crafts and baking activities with our residents each week, she decorates our facility for the holidays, she loves planning parties for the residents, and so much more. You could say she's a trade of many talents.

For our monthly outing we went to Cracker Barrel. Being able to get the residents out to enjoy a nice meal and some time away is always nice!
