Hopedale Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine in collaboration with Hopedale Medical Complex is pleased to announce Shaun Denniston from Dee-Mack High School as our November Athlete of the Month. Shaun is a four-sport senior athlete. He most recently completed his football season with a season high of 268 rushing yards in Dee-Mack’s 2nd round playoff game. Shaun carries a 3.9 GPA and is a member of National Honor Society and Student Council.

All monthly winners of the 25-26 school year and will have the opportunity to be named the Athlete of the Year in May. The Athlete of the Year is awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the Hopedale Medical Foundation to further their education.

Wondering how athletes are chosen? Hopedale Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine receive nominations from their outreach partner school district athletic directors and "in season" coaches. The individuals that are chosen must not only excel as athletes, but also must be fully rounded in their approach to scholarship, leadership, character, and community service.
