• The slow dissolving action stimulates saliva production, easing dry mouth caused by dehydration, medications, or certain health conditions.

6. Safe for Frequent Use
• Most herbal lozenges are free of harsh chemicals, sugar-free, and non-addictive, making them a healthier option for frequent symptom relief.

7. Supports the Immune System

Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil isn’t just a kitchen staple—it’s a powerhouse of health benefits! Here’s why you should consider adding it to your daily routine:

❤️ 1. Supports Heart Health

Rich in monounsaturated fats and antioxidants, cold-pressed olive oil can help reduce bad cholesterol levels (LDL) and lower blood pressure, contributing to a healthier heart.

The polyphenols and healthy fats in olive oil support cognitive function and may reduce the risk of neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s.

💪 3. Enhances Skin Health

I would like to thank everyone who told me how to do the bypass.
This is good to know: It's ridiculous to have over 400 friends and only dozen are allowed to see my post.
IT WORKS!! I have a whole new news feed I'm seeing posts from people I haven't seen in years.
Here's how you can bypass the system FB now has that limits posts on your news feed.
Their new algorithm chooses the same few people - about 100- who will read your posts. Therefore,
Hold your finger down anywhere in this post and "copy" will appear. Click "Copy". Then go to your page, start a new post and put your finger anywhere in the blank. "Paste" will pop up and click paste.
This will bypass the system.
If you're reading this message, do me a favor and leave me a quick comment... a “hello” a sticker, whatever you want so you’ll be
popping up on my newsfeed.

Generally, a breakfast sandwich is considered a better choice than a cereal bar because it typically provides more protein and a better balance of nutrients, keeping you fuller for longer, while many cereal bars can be high in sugar and carbohydrates with less substantial protein content.

Key points to consider:

* Protein:A breakfast sandwich usually includes eggs, which are a good source of protein, whereas most cereal bars are primarily carbs with less protein.
* Fiber:While some cereal bars may have fiber, a well-made breakfast sandwich can also include vegetables, adding more fiber to your meal.
* Satiety:Due to the higher protein content, a breakfast sandwich is likely to keep you feeling full for longer than a cereal bar.

However, it depends on the specific options:
* Healthy cereal bars:If you choose a cereal bar with added protein and less sugar, it could be a decent option, especially if you are looking for a quick, portable breakfast.
* High-quality breakfast sandwich:Be sure to choose a breakfast sandwich with lean protein like egg whites, whole wheat bread, and fresh vegetables for a balanced meal.

Coffee or Tea

Based on current research, coffee may be considered slightly more "healthy" than tea as it has been linked to a wider range of potential health benefits, including improved gut health, lower risk of diabetes, and potential protection against certain cancers, though both beverages offer antioxidants and can be part of a healthy diet when consumed in moderation; the key factor often comes down to individual preference and caffeine sensitivity, with tea potentially being a better choice for those sensitive to caffeine due to its lower content and presence of L-theanine, a calming amino acid.
Key points to consider:
Caffeine content:
Coffee generally has significantly more caffeine than tea, which can be beneficial for those needing a strong energy boost but may cause anxiety in sensitive individuals.
Antioxidants:
While both contain antioxidants, tea generally has a higher concentration of certain types of antioxidants, particularly in green tea.
Fiber content:
Coffee contains a small amount of fiber, which tea lacks, potentially contributing to gut health benefits.
Research:
More studies have been conducted on coffee's health effects compared to tea, leading to a larger body of evidence supporting its potential benefits.
