Each year, scientists at the D. Gary Young Research Institute obtain off-the-shelf products from around the world to analyze in our state-of-the-art analytical laboratories for authenticity. In other words, we test to see if other essential oils are truly 100 percent natural and contain what they say is on the label.

What do our scientists look for? Here are some examples:
