🛒 2️⃣ Make grocery lists & never shop hungry!!
🍚 3️⃣ Batch cook one protein, carb & veggie base
💧 4️⃣ Keep that water bottle close — 8 glasses/day or 88-104
🌙 5️⃣ Pick one “non-negotiable” daily habit such as getting more sleep, doing more stretching, or getting more walking/ cardio done!
A little structure now means less stress later and better for the long term goals!
