I've been in private practice providing psychotherapy services for 25 years on a part-time basis while working full time.

On 11/27/24 I will officially turn the page and close the chapter in my career working full-time as the Chief Compliance and Resolution Officer for a behavioral health organization and expand my private practice to full-time.

In my practice I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFT), serving adult individuals age 25 and up.

I am fully licensed in NYS to provide both in-person and telehealth services.

I am also licensed in VT and FL for telehealth.

I am continuing at my current office in Hopewell Junction for in-person sessions while also providing telehealth. I accept many commercial insurance plans and private pay and am accepting new referrals. 😉

We met at a playgroup when our children were only crawling (2005 prob) and we are still friends after all these years. So great getting together tonight and swapping pics of our kids (now all in college), reminiscing, catching up, laughing and making future plans like no time has passed.

Our Story

I have been in practice over 20 years serving adults with individual, couples and family counseling. I focus on life transitions, womens' issues, depression, sexuality, addictions and life stressors. I utilize an eclectic approach in my work with my clients as I have found this works best with each having individual needs and preferences. It is a priority in my practice to be where my client is at and treat them as individuals.

Telehealth sessions also offered using the Doxy.me platform which is HIPAA compliant.
