Yes, there is a thriving and very special yoga studio in Hopewell, New Jersey!
Kundalini, Yin, and Nidra classes take place in the salt cave while the Align + Flow class takes place in the house studio.

All classes are beginner-friendly, small in size, and led by passionate, experienced, certified teachers.

✨Erin Marsz teaches kundalini yoga on Tuesdays 9:30 am and yoga nidra monthly on Thursdays 7 pm

✨Tara Bane teaches kundalini yoga on Wednesdays 9:30 am

✨Debbi Gitterman teaches Align+Flow on Fridays 9 am (this is a semi-private class with individual instruction limited to 6 mats)

✨Nancy Perez teaches yin yoga monthly on Thursdays 7 pm
