As we close the doors, I want to say the biggest THANK YOU to each and every one of you who has been part of this journey.

From the very first class to the very last, this studio has been filled with your energy, your laughter, your stories, and your commitment to showing up for yourself. Together, we’ve created a community rooted in movement, rest, and connection and that’s something I will always hold close to my heart.

Though this chapter is ending, the memories and love within these walls will always remain. I’m endlessly grateful for each smile, each breath, and each moment we’ve shared.

Lauren besides a yoga teacher is also the owner of Thrifty Treasures Upcycled and will have a table set up with small gift items available for purchase including jewelry, handmade soap, herbal bath tea, and more!

If you haven’t explored the retail side of the studio yet, this is the perfect opportunity.

The evening will begin with a beginner-friendly yoga class, featuring singing bowls, a reading, guided meditation, and a warm towel during savasana to help you relax even deeper.

After class, you’ll have a chance to browse and shop and enjoy a special sale!

As the pace of summer begins to soften, Yoga Nidra invites you to slow down and return to your emotional center.

This special Yoga Nidra experience will guide you through the imagery of moonlight dancing on still water—helping you gently release emotional weight, reconnect with your intuition, and drift into deep inner peace.

Come rest, restore, and honor your heart in our sacred space one last time. Through breath, stillness, and guided visualization, you’ll leave feeling emotionally refreshed and supported.

💙After many beautiful years of breath, movement, and community, SOVA Yoga Studio will be closing its doors on August 30th.

💙This space has held so much more than just classes. It’s been a sanctuary for rest, healing, growth, and connection. I'm incredibly grateful to each of you who showed up, rolled out your mat, and made SOVA what it is.

💙A heartfelt thank you to our amazing teachers, who have poured so much love and care into every class. You’ve held space with grace, and your presence has meant the world.

If you’ve been meaning to come back or try a class, now’s the time. The studio will be holding classes through the end of August, with the last class on Saturday, August 30th.

Let’s close this chapter together with deep breaths, gratitude, and a whole lot of love.
