My thought for the day:

When a spouse passes away after so many years together, it’s more than just losing a person, it’s the end of a chapter you’ve been writing side by side with a completely different person. You’ve spent a lifetime compromising, blending your days, your routines, your memories, your very identity with theirs. It can feel overwhelming to imagine turning the page and moving onto the next chapter without them physically here.

But the truth is, just because they died, your story isn’t over. YOU still have chapters left to write. The chapters WILL BE different, yes, but still very meaningful, still very beautiful. And the love you shared doesn’t disappear when they’re gone. It’s woven into you. Every choice, every memory, every future step carries pieces of them with you.

The gift of a long marriage is that even when a chapter closes, the person you loved continues to live in your story, in your heart, your spirit, and the way you carry forward. And that means you never truly walk alone. 💜

Love this!! Mental health is real and bullying and cyberbullying is something that should not be tolerated! Kids and teens are so vulnerable and the inability to enjoy school or life because others want to make their life hell should not be tolerated.. I would LOVE to see a law like this in every state! And for younger kids, maybe the inability or a delay to get a permit or license at the appropriate ages if found guilty of bullying at a younger age (like 12-15. (that’s middle school and I think they know better by that age)..

🔥**You won’t believe what happened in the hot tub tonight…**🔥
(Yes, this story starts in a hot tub—just wait for it!)

I got to do one of my favorite things—help random strangers feel better, in random places. Pools, hot tubs, friends houses, hockey games, bars, etc. etc. It happens everywhere!

But Tonight I met a group of people, in a hot tub, I’d never met before, and one guy mentioned he hurt his hip playing basketball. I invited him over to where I was sitting and asked if he wanted me to see if I could help.

Within 3 minutes, his hip pain was gone. And so was his lower back pain.
He just looked at me like, “What the heck did you just do?!”

Then a friend of mine mentioned her neck was bugging her… so we worked on that too.
Less than 2 minutes later, she said it was completely gone.

I love doing this work. I love that it helps people in real time. And I really love that I’m going to start teaching it this July!

I was reading a book (ok, actually I was listening to it on Audible 😁) and the author said something that caught my interest..
"If you take away fear, what is possible?"

We are all afraid of something and that "something" may never happen, yet it keeps us paralyzed from moving forward with soemthing that we may REALLY WANT.
What possibilities open up if we take that fear away?
What miracles could happen?
How would your life be different?

Healing happens all the time, even when I’m not expecting it!

The other day, I went to the bank to meet with a banker about my business account. Another banker saw the name “Worldwide Healer” and asked me about it. I explained that I try to help people with all kinds of things—pain, medical conditions, mental health issues, and more. We chatted a bit more, and then something amazing happened (I'll be honest, it always happens 😄).

The banker I was talking to mentioned he had bad upper back pain and neck pain. Since we were the only ones there, I offered to try some light touch therapy while he sat in his chair. It took just about 5 minutes, and his body responded really well. When I finished, he was shocked—his pain was almost gone. He even tested it out to see if the pain would come back, but it didn’t!

As I got up to leave, he told his co-worker, “I can’t believe it. It feels even better than right after she was done! My pain is completely gone!”

Hearing that always makes my day—that’s why I do this. Gave out a few business cards and went on my way. 🙌

Hi Everyone! Just a reminder that you can go in and vote early. I would totally do that because I hate when there’s even one person in front of me at the grocery store let alone 50+ people in a line in front of me just to vote.. some days they are even open in the evening. Check before you go but I would highly recommend it because it took me less than 10 minutes!

If any of you have kids that have an opportunity to do a study abroad✈️, please encourage it.
25 years ago TODAY, I flew back from one of the most life changing experiences I've ever had.. 🇨🇷
I met amazing people, lived with an amazing host family, made lifelong friends with Megan and Jenni and began my journey to really embrace and understand other cultures and religions.
My time in Costa Rica was only 6 months, but it was soooo meaningful and empowering.
College was simply a small dot on the calendar of life that I experienced, but my study abroad was an amazing "hands on experience" that helped show me how wonderful other humans and cultures are. It catapulted me to travel internationally more and learn about other cultures and to embrace the differences. It helped me base my friendships on character, not on culture, beliefs, or religion. I'm thankful for all the wonderful people that I have met and look forward to meeting more. ♥ And thanks to my host family in Costa Rica that really started me on my path by opening your home and family to me. I'm excited for you to visit Minnesota this summer so I can share my home with you as well!
