How to get a proper press on nail fitting. It's best to buy a press on nail fitting kit. Once you get yours in the mail your kit will look exactly like this one. One nail at a time fit each press on nail to each nail bed. Right hand then left hand. The right fit should fit flush with the edges of your natural nail bed perfectly covering your whole nail. Once you have found a good fit for one nail write down the correct number to the correct hand. Once all 10 fingers are done write down your name on the correct box then write down what nail shape and or length. Let me know if there's a specific theme or idea you have in mind. Send me a picture of the card with everything you wrote down.

I have been in business for 5 years man time flys!!! That being said starting the first of the year I will be upping my prices by $5 for all massages! Thank you to everyone for sticking by my side throughout these 5 years!! I couldn't have done it without all of YOU!!

Food for thought....
Massage can offer better physical function and pain relief then Dr prescribed pain killers. It is recommended to do massages atleast once month if not twice a month depending on what kind injuries or chronic pain you may have.
