Happy birthday to my favorite human.

The one I fell in love with under the California sun, and now get to raise a family with here in Minnesota. Watching you be the man, partner, and father that you are is one of the greatest gifts of my life.

You show up every day with strength, humor, and heart for me and for our two boys and I’m endlessly grateful we get to do this life side by side. As a midwife and family chiropractor, I walk with families through some of their most sacred seasons… and I know how rare and beautiful it is to have a partner like you.

Cheers to another year of love, laughter, and adventure! I love you so much.

Big dreams & breakfast dates because supporting families starts with connection 🫶☕✨

This morning was just what we needed: a group of incredible women (plus baby Bear!) coming together over lattes, good food, and even better conversation. We’re all small business owners & health professionals showing up for families through fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and childhood and when we link arms, something really good happens.

At the table were perinatal mental health pros, perinatal and pediatric chiros + midwife, IBCLCs + postpartum doc and postpartum doula.

We adjust each other so we can keep showing up strong for the mamas and littles who count on us🩷

Chiropractors need care too especially when our days are filled with supporting pregnant women, newborns, and growing families. Our bodies and nervous systems have to be functioning at their best to keep holding space, offering care, and guiding healing.

That’s why we make it a priority to check in, adjust each other, and stay aligned literally and figuratively.

Chiropractic isn’t just about pain relief… it’s about helping the nervous system regulate, the body adapt, and energy flow with ease. When we’re adjusted, we sleep better, handle stress more calmly, and move with more freedom.

Through additional education with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), Spinning Babies & EPIC Pediatrics, Dr. Lauren has become an expert at helping family members of all ages. Certified in Webster Technique, and in the process of obtaining her Certification by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP), ongoing training allows Dr. Lauren to constantly stay fresh and updated on the latest techniques and information in the field.
