Congratulations to Ashley, our July Caregiver of the Month! 🥳

Ashley first joined our team as a part-time caregiver, where she quickly made a meaningful impact with her warmth, energy, and compassion. ✨ Residents light up when she walks in the room, and she loves connecting with them—especially through dancing 💃, sing-alongs 🎶, and meaningful conversations 💬.

After experiencing the joy of caregiving, Ashley continued her connection with English Rose by volunteering through her Community Involvement class at Hopkins High School—a class focused on giving back and supporting others’ well-being. 🤝

“When I learned about English Rose and their mission to create meaningful connections and improve the lives of their residents, I knew I wanted to be part of it.” 💖

From real-life tips to expert advice, Zach offered valuable insights on how older adults can maintain their independence and stay safe, comfortable, and confident while aging in place.
