Live 2 B Healthy® is a leader in the Health and Wellness field specializing in on-site customized group fitness classes led by Certified Personal Trainers. We conduct classes in senior living communities and local organizations including: Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Senior Centers, Churches and Independent Businesses throughout the United States. All of our classes held at senior communities are free to the public as a community outreach program. Everyone who attends the class can look forward to improving strength, balance and flexibility while boosting mood and lowering stress. Live 2 B Healthy also brings real value to any Corporate Wellness Program with our "Staff Fitness" program. Staff Fitness offers the same, proven results driven, customized group fitness classes held on-site for corporations of any size wanting to offer the lifelong benefit of health and fitness to its most important commodity, their employees. We are proud partners with industry leaders such as SilverSneakers, the Nation’s leading fully-funded Medicare exercise program offered for older adults.
