Shadonna Sanders! 🥇💪✔️

Meet our January 2026 Employee of the Month, Shadonna! Shadonna is a Certified Nurse Aide MENTOR and has been with Christian Health Center since April 2025. In her time with us, Shadonna has shown herself to be a true servant leader. Her peers describe her as humble, having an extremely positive attitude, exhibiting a high level of teamwork, loving her residents dearly and someone who never complains, yet always compliments others. Shadonna has recently been promoted to a Nurse aide Mentor and will be deeply involved in the training of newly hired and newly trained nurse aides. Shadonna is a wonderful representation of the mission of Christian Health Center: Faith, Care, Family. We are beyond thankful to have Shadonna on the team and are ecstatic to present her as January's Employee of the Month. On behalf on Marla, myself and the entire team: thank you, Shadonna, for your service towards the residents and the way in which you represent Christian Health Center.
