I focus on helping my clients achieve a better quality of life using advanced therapy techniques such as Swedish Massage, Deep tissue massage,Trigger point therapy, reflexology, and passive streching techniques. My overall approach is seeing everything as "relating to or effecting the body and mind." Public Service Announcement:

Last week my planner accidentally got put in washer with my sheets.

Planner was soaked and most of my clients names and times were smeared or completely wiped off.

I bought another planner and have painstakingly tried to make out each name while cross referencing all texts and messages to make sure your spot is where its supposed to be.

I've messed up a few client's with this, and for that I apologize.
