UPDATE: Inclement Weather– Tuesday, 01/27

Due to current weather conditions, the following outpatient clinics will open at 10:00 a.m.:

Orthopaedics, Dermatology, Mohs Clinic, Neurology, Urology, ENT, OB/GYN (Hopkinsville Campus), E.C. Green Cancer Center, Family Health (Burley Campus, Main Campus, and Trenton Campus), and Wound Healing.

The following clinics will be offering Telehealth appointments only today:

Gastroenterology, General Surgery & Bariatrics, OB/GYN (Russellville Campus), and General Surgery (High Street location).

Closed today:
Family Health Bypass (patients are being contacted to reschedule), Allergy Clinic

Weather conditions may cause temporary changes to outdoor surfaces. Individuals are encouraged to remain aware of their surroundings and proceed with caution.

Update for Tuesday, January 27th:

Due to weather conditions, some Jennie Stuart Health services will open later tomorrow morning to allow for safer travel for our patients and staff.

🕘 Opening at 9:00 AM:

-Main Campus OR

-Ambulatory Surgery Campus (Eagle Way Bypass)

-Express Lab (Eagle Way Bypass)

-Medical Imaging Center (Eagle Way Bypass)

-Outpatient Physical & Occupational Therapy

🕙 All other outpatient clinics will open on a 2-hour delay at 10:00 AM.

🕗 JennieCare Urgent Clinic, Employee Health, Occupational Health, and Allergy Clinic will open at its normal time: 8:00 AM.

Any patients with impacted appointments will be contacted directly by our staff. Please continue to use caution if traveling, and thank you for your patience and understanding. We’ll share updates if conditions change. Stay safe!

All Deaconess hospitals and Emergency Departments remain open 24/7 and are available to care for anyone with serious or life-threatening medical needs. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.

As our region braces for winter weather, our facilities, clinic locations across Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky may be affected and experience delays, closures or limited service operations. We will share all these critical updates to changes in ordinary operations at JennieStuartHealth.org and through our social media channels.

Our staff is here to assist, if you have an appointment scheduled in the coming days, please contact your provider’s office to confirm the locations status of operations and alternative options including virtual appointments if appropriate.

All Deaconess Hospitals and Emergency Departments will remain open providing 24/7 care to individuals needing immediate medical attention. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.

We are here to continue to provide care for our patients and the community, but safety remains a top priority. Please be cautious of the when traveling and look out for your neighbors.

Due to rising flu and RSV cases across the Tri-State, Deaconess Health System is implementing visitor restrictions to protect vulnerable patients.

Jennie Stuart Health restrictions include:
• No visitors under the age of 16
• No visitors with symptoms of illness, including sudden onset of fever, cough, headache, muscle or joint pain, sore throat, or runny nose.

Masks will be available and encouraged for guests. Visitors are reminded to practice good hand hygiene and to cover coughs and sneezes. As always, anyone who is feeling ill should stay home.

Due to the recent train derailment, all appointments at our Family Health Trenton location will be moved to Telehealth until further notice to help keep our patients and community safe.
