In 2017, I took a class in Permanent Makeup, and it opened my eyes to the power of learning something new.

But I’ve realized that growth doesn’t stop with one class—it’s about constantly evolving, sharpening your skills, and staying inspired.

The world is always changing, and the best investment you can make is in yourself.

Keep learning, keep growing—it’s the key to staying ahead and staying passionate.

Just posted this on Stories, but it resonated with me so much that I can’t let it survive for only 24 hours 🥹

We’ve reached that time of the year when 90% of our thoughts are pure reflection.

What we did wrong, what we did right, what we could have done better, the wins, the losses.

I love this season because it always leaves me thoughtful and ready for what’s next.

Grateful as always for the year that’s passed, for the lessons, the moments, the memories we built.

And now, we look ahead.

Not just hoping for a good year but actively working to make it a good one. 🤩💪🏼

Today, I sat in this chair and found myself wondering: what does it mean to have a business?

For me, entrepreneurship is about bringing your vision to life. It’s about showing the world your perspective. It’s about helping others see reality through your lens.

It’s the creation of freedom.

Entrepreneurship isn’t easy, and we shouldn’t romanticize it.

Most people weren’t made for this path.

But is it worth it? Absolutely. It’s worth so much.

It’s the hours of continuous effort toward a goal you weren’t sure you’d reach.

It’s the sweat, the blood, the tears that fell.

All of this represents the effort you put in for a single objective, a single dream, a single desire.

What matters isn’t the achievement itself, the object itself, the material of the thing.

It’s the meaning behind it, the journey, and everything you had to face to get there.

That’s the true accomplishment.

I love running, but this one felt extra special.

I had the opportunity to run for a fundraiser supporting the fight against cancer.

It’s incredible what we’re capable of when we’re doing something for people we love and care about.

If you ever feel discouraged or without purpose, make a commitment to someone you love.

I promise you’ll find strength you didn’t even know you had.

How can it be that people with so much wealth and success are often so unhappy, while those with less seem so full of joy?

The world today makes us believe that happiness is a result of success. “When I have that house, then I’ll be happy.” “When I get that promotion, then I’ll always be happy.” We’ve been led to think that happiness comes from having more, doing more.

But a book called The Happiness Advantage shows us the opposite: success is a result of happiness, not the other way around. Happiness doesn’t come from success—it causes success.

It actually comes from finding beauty in simple moments, from glamorizing everyday experiences, from making the small parts of our day worthy of savoring.

And I want to help you with that, by adding one of these moments into your routine: self-care. Self-care doesn’t have to be dull or tedious. It can be as light as a conversation with a friend, and that’s what I want to offer you.

Nassim Taleb once said there are three types of people.

There are those who are fragile; when life hits them hard, they break.

Then there are resilient people; they can take the hit, but eventually, they too might crack.

And finally, there are the antifragile—those who get knocked down, who are brought to their knees by life, but stand back up stronger. With each setback, each blow, each wound, they only grow tougher.

Today, my son showed me he’s antifragile. He faced adversity and managed to find a greater lesson in it.

He took his weakness and turned it into strength.

And while today I’m speaking especially about him, this message isn’t just for him.

My whole family is filled with antifragile people.

I just wanted to take a moment to express how proud I am of each and every one of them.

Another Radiant Renewal last Friday. Yeah...this Girl’s Night is quickly becoming my favorite night of the week.🤩

There’s no price for being surrounded by people who support you, who bring such light energy and company that we all truly leave feeling renewed.
