I started Integrated Lifestyle Massage to revolutionize your outlook on massage therapy.

It's my priority to recommend and guide clients to the most beneficial massage treatment tailored to each client's individual needs, alignments and lifestyle. Integrated Lifestyle Massage is a reflection on how I became a Massage Therapist. Over the years, I've learned different modalities and how to treat each client's specific needs during their session. I believe Deep Tissue, Swedish, Cupping,

Hot Stone, and Stretching each have their own unique purpose. Integrated Bodywork is beneficial for clients because it uses more than one modality to relieve acute to chronic pain, tightness, stiffness, soreness, tension, etc. I am committed to curating a specific massage therapy experience for each client based around their lifestyle and individual needs.
