Look at this beautiful backbend. My client learning to bend from her upper back and not her low back. Front ribs pulled together lengthening through her spine. Isn’t this beautiful?

Modern pain theory. I rely on this when working with clients.

Pain is a signal from your brain to change something. Think of putting your hand on a hot stove - the pain tells you to take your hand off of the stove. Acute pain - very useful to keep you safe. What about when you move? What do you think your pain is telling you?
