1) Daily movement! Whether that’s going to the gym, taking a walk during your lunch break or breaking the bike out of the garage. Building time in your schedule to move your body, especially when the sun is out is super important to both your physical and mental health πŸ’†β€β™€οΈ

2) Whole food diet! Making sure to eat enough protein, having lots of fruit and veggies to fuel your spring fuel fun πŸ„β€β™€οΈ

3) Spend time with family and friends! Going on hikes, bonfires, and beach days are closer than you think! πŸ–οΈ
