I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be running the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐁𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧 to raise funds for 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐋𝐒 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡. This incredible organization supports groundbreaking work at UMass Chan Medical School, where researchers are pushing toward real breakthroughs in the fight against ALS.

I’d be so grateful for your support—whether that’s a donation or simply sharing my fundraiser. Every bit helps move us closer to hope for those affected by this illness.

Same runner, same speed, different shoes, different results👟

The right running shoes make a HUGE difference!!!

This runner is working hard to find the right shoe to help her run her next marathon as efficiently as possible while minimizing her risk of injury.

She did the RIGHT thing 👍🏼

A comparison between 2 different high quality & well respected shoes showed a significant increase in collapsing mechanics in 1 vs the other.

Looking for a fun way to get active as a family? Join Dr. Monica Brum, PT, certified running gait analyst & run coach, for a 𝟲 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁/𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝟱𝗸 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 right here in Hopkinton!

✨Program includes:
✔️ weekly training plan with 2 runs/week to complete on your own convenient time
✔️ 1 group run & warm up every Sunday at 4:00pm
✔️ guidance & support from a physical therapist & certified running gait analyst & certified running coach
✔️ $25/person
✔️ leading up to the Wicked 5k on 10/26 @ 9am in Hopkinton
