Huge congratulations to our Couch to 5K crew for crushing their 5K race at the after 6 weeks of dedication, evening running, and miles of progress! ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช

From that very first run to crossing the finish line today โ€” your hard work, consistency, and commitment paid off in the best way. You showed up for yourselves and for each other, and we couldnโ€™t be more proud.

This isnโ€™t just the end of a training program โ€” itโ€™s the beginning of your running journey. Keep going, keep growing, and remember: if you can build up to a 5K, you can do anything.

Thank you to all the volunteers, organizers & vendors for putting on another great event to raise funds for ALS research. The timlin trot & kids color run were a huge hit!

Start small. Listen hard. Celebrate every step, not just the long ones. Your comeback isnโ€™t about โ€œcatching upโ€ โ€” itโ€™s about building something stronger, smarter, and more resilient.
