We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our family of caregivers. As a Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide, you play a crucial role in providing care and support to area seniors in need,

Duties:
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with activities of daily living (IADLs) including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Assist with mobility and transferring for clients who require help.

Driver's License (Required)
PCA or HHA certificate (Required)

Summary
As a Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator, you will be essential in managing the scheduling and staffing needs of our home care agency. Must have experience in coordinating client services to ensure efficient operations. Your proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with EHR systems will enhance our care to our clients.. With your premium multi-tasking ability and HIPAA compliance, you will help maintain a compliant and organized schdule ensuring the seamless delivery of homecare services while ensuring optimal staffing levels.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate client scheduling and staffing needs to ensure optimal operations.
Communicate with the team to provide smooth and seemless delivery of services to clients.
Manage records and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Provide exceptional client services addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently.
Utilize EHR system to update client information and assist with home care administrative support.
Collaborate to enhance client care and streamline office management processes.

Qualifications:
Strong client service skills with a focus on care and satisfaction
Proficient in EHR systems and maintaining HIPAA compliance
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant medical software
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and clerical tasks efficiently.
