Working on feeling like we are worthy of the space we take up isn’t easy. Especially when most of us are raised to downplay any emotions we feel (if not hide them completely) and to never need anything. It’s a struggle for me, but my takeaway is this: I I want you to know that I LIKE you taking up space in every strange, wild, or emotional way. If you need something, ask. Never be less for someone else’s benefit; the world is a better place with you as yourself!
