Don’t want to deal with the busy gym during January? Join R4’s group fitness classes where we cap our classes at a maximum 8 clients per class to keep it personal and safe. At a reasonable $60 a month, we offer hour long classes that target the whole body. Any questions feel free to message any of our social pages!

We are so excited to announce that we will be offering complimentary 5-10 minute assisted stretching sessions at STRC’s Pie & Glove 5k on Thanksgiving morning!

We are also thrilled to announce that R4 and STRC are working on a partnership to offer local runners spectacular services. Details will be coming soon!
