Elite Therapy is seeking a Per Diem / PRN Physical Therapist (DPT) to join our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Horseheads/Elmira, NY. This role is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist who enjoys treating orthopedic and sports-related conditions in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
Our clinic focuses on evidence-based physical therapy, manual therapy, and individualized treatment plans to help patients return to work, sport, and daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training
• Treat patients with sports injuries, post-surgical conditions, and general orthopedic diagnoses
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and progress notes
• Educate patients on injury prevention, mobility, and return to activity
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Active New York Physical Therapist License or eligibility
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience
• Orthopedic rehabilitation
• Sports medicine rehabilitation
• Post-operative rehabilitation
• Manual therapy techniques
