Are you looking to make a difference in the lives of children? Phoenix Center is hiring a Director of Development.

As the Director of Development, you will report to the COO and will play a crucial role in the growth and sustainability of the Phoenix Center by leading fundraising efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute initiatives to secure financial support from various sources, including individual donors, foundations, and corporations.

Through your leadership, you will drive donor engagement, cultivate relationships, and work closely with the Executive Leadership team. Some nights and weekends are required.

On the last day of equine therapy groups, children "paint" their horses with non-toxic, washable paint, and then wash and groom them (our incredible co-therapists).... We are so grateful to the horses we are blessed to partner with and learn from... They teach us so much about healing, growth, and unconditional love 💓
