Middleton Elite Medical is a high-quality Nationally Registered Certified Medical Examiner mobile clinic for Department of Transportation (DOT), Commercial Driver’s License (CDL/Non-CDL) medical exams.

Problem
CDL and Non-CDL drivers who need convenient access to Certified Medical Examiners to have their exams completed in a timely manner as well as convenient parking.

Our solution
To provide an option for companies and drivers to have their medical exams completed at a location that is available to them without an appointment necessary, an option to have the clinic scheduled at their business location for multiple drivers and an option to choose not to be in a clinic of injuries and sick patients.

Target market
The target audience is adults, specifically CDL/Non-CDL drivers, trucking companies, and businesses who require certified medical cards for drivers.

The competition
Middleton Elite Medical, LLC has a niche to be able to provide medical exams in multiple locations, not just at a specific building. Larger companies have multiple patients to see such as injuries, sick visits, well visits and much more that require significant amounts of time that the drivers/companies can not afford to waste waiting for their turn.

WHY CHOOSE US?
We are focused on time management so that businesses can keep trucking without having to send their drivers to a clinic where others are being seen for sick visits, workers comp visits, etc. and will make them wait two to three hours to complete the exam and lose work time. Our exam cost is $165 for DOT and $135 for non-DOT physicals. We are able to complete the physical in 15-20 minutes, sometimes less, if there are no health issues and/or if they brought the proper paperwork needed to complete the exam. We are focused on expert quality DOT exams fast with one on one attention. We answer important questions ahead of time and help drivers troubleshoot so that they are exam ready, if we are needed.

Companies with drivers who fall under Department of Transportation (DOT) oversight have specific industry requirements such as a DOT physical. For this reason, these physicals must be performed by a Certified DOT approved medical examiner, and have specific requirements and standards. Failure to follow DOT compliance requirements may result in fines and temporary work loss.

New truckers training for a CDL test or enrolled in truck driving school are advised to obtain their DOT exams and drug tests prior to or right after graduation to avoid any employment delays. Let us help you by coming to your driving academy.

How do Mobile DOT Examinations work?

1. Schedule your company’s on-site examination date.
2. Confirmation of appointment through our user-friendly web-based system generated to you for all of your scheduled employees letting you know what they need to bring to the exam.
3. Our staff will arrive 20-30 minutes early to set up and prepare.
4. Our Certified DOT Examiner will provide examinations in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Upon successfully passing the DOT physical examination, our Certified Medical Examiner will provide a DOT medical certificate that proves the driver’s ability to maintain their CDL. We will send your employee’s new medical cards to the state to add or update their CDL as well as direct reporting to FMCSA.
