Solar Update:
You're not lazy or crazy.
You're recalibrating.
If you're feeling extra tired, extra wired, pressure, or like you've been hit by a freight train, don't panic. Everything's fine. 😵💫😎 Rest, hydrate, get some minerals in your system, and do what helps your nervous system calm down. Ground, practice deep diaphragm breathing, take a bath, sip some herbal tea, listen to calming music, read a book...whatever helps you to not be overstimulated.
If anyone needs help with regulating the vagus nerve or grounding, I'd be happy to help you via microcurrent, sound, and/or light touch therapy. Sometimes regulating the overloaded nervous system isn't easy on your own, and a little support is necessary. 💖
We are so used to staying busy that many of us don't feel comfortable just taking a break and getting deep rest. There's always so much to do. Relax. Breathe. And if you can't, I can help you with that.
What we just moved through over the past week wasn’t a quick little CME flare. It was a layered solar event…flare, CME, radiation surge, and then prolonged magnetic compression (see images below). That’s why some people felt immediate intensity, while others are only feeling it now.
The strongest phase is behind us, but the aftereffects can linger 3–7 days after an event of this magnitude. For especially sensitive nervous systems, or already overloaded ones, integration can stretch on for over a week. This is all about biology and electricity finding a new rhythm, not about fear.
These are waves rather than a straight line. Energetic days followed by fatigue. Emotional clarity followed by the need for rest. Old stress patterns surfacing briefly so they can resolve.
This is a settling, not anything to fix. Simplicity is key right now…give your body permission to catch up.
