We are posting today to inform you that PMC Pharmacy will be permanently closing on January 15, 2026.

It has been our privilege to serve you and your family, and we are truly grateful for the trust you have placed in us over the last 22 years. This decision was not made lightly or without great sorrow. We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for you.

Prescription Transfers

Your prescription records will remain secure and confidential. You may choose any pharmacy of your choice to continue your care.

To transfer your prescriptions:

Contact your new pharmacy and ask them to request a transfer from us.

Important Dates

Last day prescriptions will be transferred: January 15, 2026
Final day of operation: January 15, 2026

Medical Records

After our closure, PMC Pharmacy will be using a records retention custodial service to maintain your records. We will update you and provide you with additional information on how you can obtain your records once we have completed the records transfer.

This week, we heard a troubling story from a patient who wanted to enroll in our monthly medication delivery service. Some prescription medications face more scrutiny than others because of how they are classified by the DEA. Unfortunately, many retail pharmacies avoid filling these prescriptions due to the extra work involved, often finding reasons to refuse.

In this case, a large retail chain claimed the patient had traveled “too far” to have the prescription filled and questioned its validity, leaving the patient without needed medication.
