I had a great experience here yesterday. Dottie is very knowledgeable and helpful and explained the benefits of salt air therapy. I recently had knee replacements and after one session I feel less stiffness and discomfort (that I believe is due to inflammation) . Thank you Dottie! I will be back.

Sound Healing and Meditation in the Salt room

What is on top that you wish to heal! We will be guided into a meditative state and then bathed in sound!

What Is a Sound Bath? In general, a sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by the singing bowls, The vibrations of the singing bowls will enhance the experience of a guided meditation which relax the cells and bring forth healing. You will leave feeling refreshed, energetically enhanced, charkas will be balanced. A wonderful way to spend quiet time with friends or family.

Benefits of Sound Baths

Calms your body and mind.
Reduces stress and anxiety.
Increases focus and clarity.
Decreases tension and fatigue.
Boosts your mood and reduces feelings of anger.
Improves sleep.
Elevates feelings of spiritual well-being.

You can lay on the floor or sit in a chair. Bring what you need to be comfortable a Blanket and or yoga mat and a pillow.
