CAROL for Heart Preventing Women's Heart Disease Through Education

CAROL For Heart (CFH) is a 501C-3 non-profit organization founded in 2003 whose mission is to educate women, current and future medical professionals and lay people regarding the seriousness of the #1 killer of women-cardiovascular disease. CFH’s goals are: to educate women, professionals and lay people on the risk factor (high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, diabetes, obesity & genetics)

and prevention factors (fitness, nutrition, early identification and treatment). The women in this organization’s programs will learn how good health care, early detection and treatment, fitness and proper nutrition can contribute to a healthy heart.
