Exciting news.. our office is GROWING!! 🎉🦷

We’re thrilled to officially announce that Dr. Alex Orzepowski will be joining our team starting in mid-July!!

Dr. Al is from the Appleton area, and is a graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry and has spent the past year caring for patients at Tri-County Dental Clinic here in the Fox Valley. His dedication to compassionate, high-quality care truly speaks for itself.

Though his last name might be a bit of a tongue twister, he goes by Dr. Al! With a gentle touch, and a great sense of humor — we are confident that he will continue the tradition Smiles by Design has maintained for years — high quality work and a dedication to placing you and your family first.

After 38 years of bright smiles, warm welcomes, and juggling phones like a pro, our incredible dental receptionist, Karla B, is retiring.

From calming nervous patients with a kind word (and maybe an ice cream coupon bribe) to keeping the front desk running smoother than a fresh cleaning, Karla has been one of the hearts of our practice. We’re not sure how we’ll survive without her quick wit, endless patience, and ability to connect with each and every patient.
