The Village Loan Closet (VLC) is an all-volunteer, all-donation, non-profit 501(c)3 organization that loans medical mobility equipment to Village residents. The VLC is located at 111 Calella Road with hours Monday-Friday from 1 to 4 pm. The VLC participates in the Hot Springs Village Community Foundation with the Village Loan Closet Nursing Scholarship Endowment. Donations made to the Village Loan Closet help grow the scholarship fund.

Two Senior students in the Registered Nursing Program at National Park College School of Nursing receive an annual scholarship from the Village Loan Closet. This year’s scholarship recipients are Bailey Adcock and Jasmine Harvey.

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer (scheduled one afternoon per month), want to make a donation to support the scholarship fund, or need to borrow equipment, check the website at VillageLoanCloset.com or call 501-922-2888 for more information.
