Spring is waking up… and summer is fast approaching.

I’m seeing it every day, people moving more, getting outside, feeling that spark of energy again. This is the season where life starts flowing.

But here’s something to think about…
As your activity goes up, your awareness has to come with it.

How you move.
How you sit.
How you carry stress.

Your body is adapting in real time.

The CDC actually highlights how increasing activity, even simple movement, plays a key role in overall health and how the body functions day to day. It’s a great reminder as we step into a more active season:

When the weather outside is terrible, staying cozy indoors can absolutely be the smart and safe choice. Fewer slips, fewer chills, and a lot more warm socks. I’m all for safety first!

But here’s the fox-sized truth: being cooped up indoors for too long can quietly take a toll on both our bodies and minds. Less movement, more screen time, shallow breathing, and extra stress can lead to stiffness, headaches, low energy, and that “blah” feeling we can’t quite shake.
