Great article addressing the difference between spiritual fulfillment and spiritual materialism. We fulfill our needs in different ways. Many times, a soulful practice is more healthy and lasting than something temporary like food or shopping. In creating positive change, it's essential to reflect upon our motives, and how actions serve us. Are we acting as a bandaid, social acceptance, or something deeper? Do not fear deep reflection, it brings the greatest satisfaction through transformation.
