More About our Program

If you or someone you love is suffering from op**te addiction, a Medication-Assisted Treatment with Suboxone Program may be the best route to recovery. We at OBHAW know how difficult the decision to begin a life of recovery can be. Engaging in treatment requires strength, courage, and willingness to change (or at least willing to consider changing).

You will begin with a brief initial evaluation done by a licensed therapist; this is to determine if our program is the best fit for you. You will meet with the doctor to begin an individualized medication regimen. We facilitate the transition between a life of chemical dependency and mental illness into a life of healing and recovery in a supportive, compassionate and seamless way.

Evidenced Based Practices: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing practices are used to help with behavior modification. The group covers education material about addiction and its effects on the brain, body and behavior and how (with the help of (MAT), clients can slowly overcome these issues and work on repairing the brain. Topics covered include relapse prevention, coping skills, addiction education, life skills and nutrition, aftercare, community resources for support, identifying and avoiding the triggers, stress management and anxiety, and smoking cessation.

Duration: 15 hours / 12 weeks
