If you are feeling thirsty you are already past the point of where your body should be when talking hydration. Carry water with you and make it a point to have hydration times during the day. more you know the healthier you live

PSA for the Day! Food matters when it comes to our health. Vitamins, minerals, protein, and carbohydrates are super important for not only a healthier gut, skin, and heart but also brain function. Things we normally miss but need include: zinc, magnesium, potassium, sodium, iron, vitamin C, D, and B12. Your food sources are super important as well as your supplements. Balance is key but not easy. Changing too much at once can be extremely hard so instead shoot for one goal every month to improve your fuel and see the changes over the next six months!
