Cater to Elders will train you to obtain your PCA certification provided through their training school Smith's Community Health Aides Training School (tuition only $150.) You must have a PCA/CNA certification and a clean background to become employed with our company. Clients qualify if they receive Medicaid, AR choices Waivers, VA pay, Arkansas Total Care waiver and Private pay.
