The new center is located at 3426 Central Ave. (at Central Ave. and Franklin St.) and offers urgent, family, and wellness care in one convenient location, where walk-ins are welcome or you can schedule your visit online. We also offer telemedicine from the comfort of your home.
Hours are Mon-Fri: 8 am-8 pm, Sat: 8 am-4 pm, and Sun: 1 pm-6 pm.
